Filling and comfort

The filling of this duvet consists of 30% down and 70% medium goose feather, evenly distributed in smaller, denser cassettes. This structure helps maintain consistent warmth while allowing good air circulation, so the duvet feels light and comfortable rather than heavy.

During production, the larger, prickly feather parts are removed. Only the finer, medium and smaller feathers are retained together with the down, creating a pleasantly soft yet supportive filling that feels like a traditional feather duvet without the rough, scratchy quills.

The internal baffle-wall (box) construction means the duvet is not stitched through from top to bottom. Instead, inner walls separate the chambers, which helps minimise cold spots and improves overall sleeping comfort for your child.

The cover fabric is made from 100% cotton, providing a naturally breathable, skin-friendly surface. The filling materials go through thorough washing and sterilisation processes designed to remove fat, dust and common impurities from the feathers and down.
